Today, Don McPeters (of S.A.L.T. Ministries) and Danny Henry (of kofc.org) help us turn our focus to the first half of the beatitude found in Matthew 5:5, “Blessed are the meek.”
If there is any virtue that is truly counter-cultural, it’s meekness. Meekness allows us to endure suffering, recognizing it as being part of God’s plan for our lives, and leading us directly to humility.
Who are the meek? How are the meek blessed? What does it mean to be meek?
